Our Founder
Paige Connor is an agile, competitive-thinking senior customer experience strategist with demonstrated and consistent success innovating, transforming and growing organizations and products through implementation of human-centered strategic approach. At pkcxstrategy, she oversees all projects and leads the customer experience design and strategy for our largest strategic clients. She ensures pkcxstrategy delivers forward-looking, innovative and compelling customer experiences across every platform and engagement. She provides strategic guidance to our clients on human-centered design, including user research, persona development, journey and experience mapping, audits, rapid-prototyping and visual designs to ensure the end result meets the needs of the client.
She has 20+ years of print, digital, product management and innovation experience working with various organizations including top-tier children’s hospitals, major construction material suppliers, health care providers, Gannett, Bloomberg LP, University of Florida, CQ (now FiscalNote), startups, REALTOR, education, legal and telecommunication associations and more. Her design and strategy work have earned numerous awards for herself and her clients. Prior to founding pkcxstrategy, Paige was the Vice President of Strategic Design at agencyQ in Washington, DC where she established the agency’s UX/UI design team and worked with agencyQ’s largest clients.
